If you have forgotten your login password, you can reset it directly through the CAEX application or website by following these steps:
1. On the login screen, select Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account.
3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address or mobile phone number.
4. Create a new password that meets the system's security requirements.
5. Sign in using your new password.
Security Notice: For your account security, after your password has been reset, all withdrawal functions on your account will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours.
