A Fiat Deposit (VND) may fail to be credited or experience delays in the following cases:
- Unmatched bank account name: The person making the payment is not the verified account holder (KYC) on CAEX.
- Risk control: The transaction does not meet the risk control requirements or compliance regulations of the system and our partner banks.
