What happens if my balance is insufficient to place an order?

If your balance isn't enough to cover the transaction, the "Continue" button will be greyed out and on the confirmation screen will show "Increase balance". Tapping it opens a pop-up with two options:

 

- Deposit — takes you to the fiat deposit page (if paying with VND) or the Crypto deposit page (if paying with a token).

- Transfer — on App, jumps to the transfer page; on Web, opens the transfer pop-up.

 

Once your balance is topped up, you can complete the order.
