A VND withdrawal moves Vietnamese dong from your Fiat Account on CAEX to your registered bank account. This guide covers both the website and the app, with notes to help your withdrawal process smoothly.
Before you start
• Your account has completed identity verification
• You have a registered receiving bank account in your own name
• Two-factor security is enabled for withdrawal verification
• Your available VND balance covers the amount plus fees
The most important rule
The receiving bank account must be in the same name as your CAEX account. Do not withdraw to someone else's bank account.
Withdrawing VND on the website
Step 1: Open the withdrawal page
Sign in to CAEX, go to Asset Overview, select Fiat Account, then click Withdraw.
If withdrawals are temporarily unavailable, the screen shows the reason and an estimated recovery time. Wait until that period ends before proceeding.
Step 2: Select the receiving bank account
Choose the registered bank account to receive the funds. If you have none, you need to add a bank account first.
Step 3: Enter the amount and review the fee
Enter the VND amount to withdraw in the Withdrawal Amount field. Make sure:
• The amount meets the minimum withdrawal requirement
• Your available balance covers the amount plus the fee
The screen shows the applicable withdrawal fee. Check it carefully before continuing.
Step 4: Enter a remark
In the Remark field, enter a note for this withdrawal for your own reference. This is a personal note and is optional.
Step 5: Review and submit the request
Check the withdrawal amount, the receiving bank account, and the fee. Click Withdraw to submit the request.
Complete the required security verification, for example OTP or 2FA.
Step 6: Wait for processing
After submission, the withdrawal request is processed and the funds are sent to your bank account. Track the status in your transaction history.
Withdrawing VND in the app
Step 1: Open the withdrawal page
Go to Asset, select Fiat, then tap Withdraw.
Step 2: Choose the receiving account and enter the amount
Select the receiving bank account and enter the withdrawal amount. The screen shows the available balance, minimum, and withdrawal fee.
Step 3: Confirm and verify
Review the details, tap Withdraw, and complete the security verification. Then wait for the request to be processed.
