To reduce the risk of missing important emails, CAEX recommends adding official CAEX email addresses to your safe senders list or contacts. This helps prevent emails about your account, security, and transactions from being sent to your spam or junk folder.
Why should I do this?
Some CAEX emails are directly related to your account, security, and transactions, such as password resets, withdrawal address confirmations, and account security alerts. If these emails are sent to spam, you may miss important information or be unable to complete an action.
Official CAEX email addresses
CAEX currently uses the following email addresses for the purposes listed below. Only add email addresses officially published by CAEX to your safe senders list.

Important:
Only add official email addresses provided by CAEX to your safe senders list. Do not trust an email solely because it appears to have been sent from a CAEX address. Always verify the sender and exercise caution with links or requests for sensitive information.
Instructions by email service
Select the email service you use and follow the steps below for each official CAEX email address.
Outlook.com
Step 1: Open Settings
Sign in to Outlook.com and select the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Open Junk Email Settings
Select Mail, then choose Junk email.
Step 3: Add Safe Sender
Under Senders, find Safe senders and domains, then select Add safe sender. Enter the official CAEX email address, click OK, then Save.
Gmail
Step 1: Open Search Options
On your computer, sign in to Gmail. In the search bar at the top of the page, select Show search options.
Step 2: Set Filter Criteria
In the From field, enter an official CAEX email address, then select Create filter.
If you want to add multiple addresses, create a separate filter for each address so they are easier to manage.
Step 3: Prevent Emails from Going to Spam
Select Never send it to Spam, then select Create filter to save.
Yahoo Mail
Step 1: Open Filter Settings
Sign in to Yahoo Mail, select Settings, then More Settings. Choose Filters and then Add new filters.
Step 2: Set Up Filter
Enter a name for the filter. Under From, select contains and enter an official CAEX email address.
Select Inbox as the destination folder, then save the filter.
Proton Mail
Step 1: Open Spam, Block, and Allow Lists
Sign in to Proton Mail and select Settings > All settings > Filters > Spam, block, and allow lists.
Step 2: Add CAEX Address to Allow List
Select Add address or domain, select Allow, and then select Email. Enter an official CAEX email address and select Add address.
Apple Mail
On a Mac, you can add CAEX email addresses to your contacts and mark emails as not junk. The following steps apply to the Mail app on Mac.
Step 1: Add Sender to Contacts
Open an email sent from an official CAEX email address. Select the sender's email address, then select Add to Contacts.
Step 2: Mark Email as Not Junk
If the CAEX email is in the Junk folder, select the email and then select Not Junk or Move to Inbox.
Step 3: Create an Automatic Rule (Optional)
In the Mail app, select Mail > Settings > Rules, and then select Add Rule. Set a condition for emails from an official CAEX email address and choose to move them to the Inbox.
Note:
The names and locations of these settings may vary depending on the email service, app, display language, or device version. If you cannot find an option described above, refer to the latest instructions from your email service provider.
