Depositing VND (Fiat Deposit) is the process of transferring Vietnamese Dong from your bank account into your Fiat Account on CAEX. After a successful deposit, the balance will be updated and ready for trading.
Requirements Before Starting
- CAEX account must have completed identity verification (eKYC)
- Bank account must have the same owner as the CAEX account
- Banking app supports transfer / QR code scanning
Important
The bank account used for the transfer must have the same owner as the CAEX account. Transactions from third-party accounts may be rejected or require additional review.
Deposit VND from the Website
Step 1: Access the Deposit Page
Log in to your CAEX account. Navigate to Asset Overview → Fiat Account → Deposit.
Step 2: View Deposit Information
The system will display beneficiary account information:
- Bank Name (Bank Name)
- Account Holder Name (Account Holder Name)
- Account Number (Account No.)
- QR Code (to scan with banking app)
Step 3: Make the Transfer
Choose one of two methods:
Method 1: Copy the account information and manually enter it in your banking app.
Method 2: Scan the QR code using your banking app to automatically fill in the transfer details.
Step 4: Complete the Transfer and Wait for Processing
Confirm the transaction in your banking app. After a successful transfer, the funds will be processed and credited to your Fiat Account.
Deposit VND on the App
Step 1: Access the Deposit Page
Navigate to Assets → Overview → Fiat. Tap the Deposit button.
Step 2: Copy Deposit Information
The screen will display beneficiary bank information and a QR code. Tap the Copy icon next to each field to copy the information.
You can scan the QR code or manually enter the bank information when making the transfer.
Step 3: Transfer from Your Banking App
Use your banking app to transfer money from your personal account to the beneficiary account displayed on the screen. Make sure to enter the correct information to avoid processing delays.
