Can I initiate a Fiat Withdrawal (VND) to a bank account that is not whitelisted?

No. CAEX only allows Fiat Withdrawal (VND) to whitelisted bank accounts.

 

If you do not have a whitelisted bank account, you must add and verify one before submitting a Fiat Withdrawal (VND) request.
