If your Crypto Deposit is not processed successfully, the transaction will be handled in one of the following ways, depending on the circumstances:
- You may request a refund through the "Transaction History" section of your Funding Account.
- CAEX may proactively process the refund to your wallet. In certain cases, CAEX may contact you to perform additional verification if required.
