Please log in to your CAEX account, tap the Wallet icon, then go to Orders → Transaction History to check the status of your Crypto Withdrawal request.
- If the status shows "Withdrawal in progress", your transaction is waiting for confirmation on the blockchain network. Please wait until the confirmation process is complete.
- If the status shows "Withdrawn successfully", your Crypto Assets have been successfully sent by the CAEX system. You can click the Transaction ID (TxID) to view the transaction details on the blockchain and use the TxID to verify the transaction with the receiving exchange or wallet.
Important: Please ensure that the receiving platform or wallet supports the correct token and blockchain network selected for your withdrawal. Choosing an incorrect network may result in the permanent loss of your assets, and they may not be recoverable. If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Service Team and include your Transaction ID (TxID) so we can investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
