To check the status of your withdrawal, please navigate to: Assets → Funding Account → History.
- Withdrawal in progress: The transaction is being processed by the system or waiting to be broadcast to the blockchain. Please wait a short moment for this process to complete.
- Withdrawal Successful: The transaction has been successfully sent to the blockchain. You can click on the Transaction Hash (TxID) to track confirmation progress on the blockchain or use it to verify with the receiving platform/wallet.
Important Notes:
- Always ensure that the receiving platform or wallet supports the exact token and network you selected. Choosing the wrong network may result in a permanent loss of assets that cannot be recovered.
- If your withdrawal experiences an unusual delay, please contact the Customer Service Team along with your withdrawal details or Transaction Hash (TxID) for prompt assistance.
