What is Two-factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor Authentication (2FA) is an additional security layer on top of the login password, requiring users to provide a second verification factor to ensure that the account is being accessed by its rightful owner.

 

Additionally, Two-factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory for other critical actions, including:

1. Login

2. Withdrawals

3. Changes to security-related information (such as Email address, Phone number, Login password, Authenticator, etc.)

1. Email One-Time Password (Email OTP)

2. SMS One-Time Password (SMS OTP)

3. Authentication app (Google Authenticator / Microsoft Authenticator)
