The wallet or account used to send or receive crypto assets must belong to you. If you use an account with another Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP), the registered full name on that account must match the name you verified with CAEX.
Do not use another person’s wallet or account to deposit crypto assets into CAEX or receive crypto assets withdrawn from CAEX.
If the information does not match, the transaction may require additional verification and processing time, be rejected or returned, or may not be completed.
