Can I receive Crypto from a personal wallet or an exchange account that does not belong to me?

No. We currently support first-party transfers only, which means you can only receive Crypto from personal wallet or exchange accounts that belong to you and are registered under the same name as your CAEX account. Deposits from third-party wallets or exchange accounts are not supported and cannot be completed.
