When the Travel Rule applies to crypto asset deposits and withdrawals, you may be required to provide additional information or complete further verification.
CAEX currently supports first-party transfers only. This means that the wallets or VASP/exchange accounts used on both the sending and receiving sides must belong to you. Any VASP or exchange account used must also be registered under the same full name verified on your CAEX account.
If these requirements are not met, the transaction may be held for review, rejected, or processed for a refund.
