- Invalid Bank Information: The receiving bank account has not been added to your whitelist or the provided bank details are incorrect.
- Unmatched bank account name: The beneficiary's bank account name does not match the verified identity (KYC) information on your CAEX account.
- Banking Restrictions: The receiving bank is on a high-risk list, suspended from transactions, or experiencing system connectivity issues.
- Security Authentication Failure: You failed to complete or entered the incorrect Two-Factor Authentication (2FA/OTP) code during the withdrawal process.
