In the event that a transaction is rejected or returned by the beneficiary bank, CAEX will follow these steps:
- Fund Refund: The total amount will be credited back to your CAEX account.
- Processing Method: Depending on the bank's feedback, the refund may be processed automatically or manually by our operations team to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Status Update: The transaction status in your "Withdrawal History" will be synchronized so you can track the actual refund progress.
