Is it mandatory to complete KYC before depositing Crypto?

Yes. For both Vietnamese users and non-Vietnamese users, completing KYC is a mandatory requirement.

 

- For Vietnamese Individual Client , only after you completed KYC, you will be able to deposit Crypto.

- For non-Vietnamese Individual Client, you're required to have a Dedicated bank account to start trading.
