A Transaction ID (TxID) is a unique identifier generated for each transaction on the blockchain. It allows you to track and verify the status of your transaction.
- For Crypto Deposits: If you deposited Crypto into CAEX, please contact the sending platform to obtain the TxID.
- For Crypto Withdrawals: If you withdrew Crypto from CAEX, you can find the TxID in your Transaction History for the corresponding withdrawal transaction.
