Processing: The deposit is being processed by the system. The assets may not be available until processing is complete.
Pending Exchange Review: CAEX is reviewing the deposit to ensure that it meets Travel Rule requirements. During this time, the assets have not yet been credited to your account. No action is required unless CAEX asks you to provide additional information.
Pending User Verification: CAEX needs you to confirm the sender and the source of the assets to meet compliance requirements. The deposit will remain pending until you complete the verification. Please select Verify Now and provide the requested information by following the on-screen instructions.
Refunding in Progress: The deposit cannot be credited and is being returned in accordance with CAEX’s policies. You do not need to submit a separate refund request.
