What is a transaction hash?

A Transaction ID (TxID) is a unique string of characters generated for each transaction on the blockchain. It allows users to track and verify their transactions.

•  For Deposit: If you have deposited cryptocurrency into CAEX, please contact the sender's platform to obtain the Transaction ID (TxID).
•  For Withdrawal: If you have withdrawn cryptocurrency from CAEX, the TxID can be located in the "Transaction History" section for all transactions.
