How are my funds handled if a crypto deposit is unsuccessful?

If a deposit fails due to:

• Failure to pass Know Your Transaction (KYT) checks
• Crypto deposit function not available
• Incomplete wallet address verification

The system will provide instructions to return the assets to:

• The original sending wallet
• A designated refund address provided by user (subject to asset type and echnical feasibility)

All refunds are processed in strict accordance with applicable security and compliance protocols.

If the user is found to be in compliance with all policies and the source of funds is verified as legitimate, the transaction will be resolved via one of the following options:

• Standard Refund: Assets will be returned to the user following our standard operating procedures.
• Transaction Status Update: Upon successful verification and clarification of the source of funds, the transaction status may be updated from 'Failed' to 'Successful'
