A VA (Virtual Account) is a unique account number assigned by CAEX to each user for making Fiat Deposits (VND).
A VA (Virtual Account) works as follows:
- Each user is assigned a unique VA.
- Your funds are first received through your VA, then automatically transferred to CAEX’s main bank account to complete the deposit process.
- Using a VA allows the system to accurately identify the sender, automatically reconcile the transaction, and credit the funds to your CAEX account.
Note: Only transfer funds to the VA assigned to your own CAEX account. Do not use another user's VA to make deposits.
