To open an account with CAEX, you need to access the CAEX app and select Sign up.
You can register for a CAEX account using your phone number by following the on-screen instructions, or sign up quickly with your Google or Apple ID if these options are displayed.
Currently, CAEX supports the following Client groups:
- Vietnamese and Foreign Individual Clients
- Vietnamese and Foreign Corporate Clients
After successfully registering, you can select "Start KYC" to verify your identity immediately, or choose "Not now" to explore the app first and complete the verification at a more convenient time. Please note that account registration and KYC verification are two separate processes.
The required information and documents will depend on the type of account you are registering for and must comply with CAEX's current internal verification policies.
