The deposit may be rejected and moved to the refund process in accordance with CAEX’s Travel Rule Policy.
You do not need to, and cannot, submit a refund request through the app. CAEX will handle the applicable refund process and notify you if additional information or action is required.
The refund time depends on the processing involved and the status of the blockchain network.
