The registration process depends on the type of account you wish to open:
- Individual Accounts: Currently, accounts can only be registered through the CAEX mobile app. After registration, you need to complete Account Verification (KYC) to unlock the full features of the CAEX platform.
- Corporate Accounts: Corporate registration is handled directly by our team. To open a Corporate account, submit a request to support@caex.com.vn. Our Customer Service Team will review your request and contact you promptly to provide the corporate application forms and a checklist of the required documentation.
