To begin your trading journey, you can complete Identity Verification (KYC) using the method that corresponds to your nationality:
1. For Vietnamese Customers
You can choose one of the two most modern and secure identification methods:
- Chip-based Citizen ID: Perform verification directly and quickly on the CAEX system.
- VNeID Application: Link and verify via the National Electronic Identity application to streamline the process.
2. For Foreign Customers
- Valid Identification: You are required to provide a Passport or other valid identification documents issued by competent authorities.
- Additional Procedures: Please follow the instructions provided on the system. In certain special cases, CAEX may request further information or supplementary documents to ensure the highest standards of compliance and security.
