What Account Verification (KYC) methods are available?

You can complete your Account Verification (KYC) on the CAEX app using one of these methods:

 

- NFC Scanning: Verify your account by scanning your chip-based Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) using your smartphone's NFC feature.

- VNeID Authentication: Capture images of your chip-based Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) and authenticate through the VNeID system, following the on-screen instructions.

 

- Passport Verification: Begin the KYC process by submitting a valid passport. Once your information is submitted, CAEX Customer Service may contact you to request additional information or supporting documents to complete the verification.
