What is a Dedicated Account?

A Dedicated Account is a Vietnamese Dong (VND) payment account that a foreign investor is required to open at a bank or a foreign bank branch licensed to conduct foreign exchange business and provide foreign exchange services in Vietnam (referred to as an "licensed bank"). This account is used exclusively to execute receipt and payment transactions related to the buying and selling of Crypto assets in Vietnam (pursuant to Article 13, Clause 1, Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-CP). Each foreign investor is only allowed to open one (1) dedicated account at a time.
