Can I delete a bank account which has been whitelisted or add more bank accounts for Fiat Withdrawal?

Yes. You can remove your existing whitelisted bank account and add a new one for Fiat Withdrawal (VND). However, the new bank account must be registered under your name and match the verified account holder name in your CAEX account.
