What happens if I receive a deposit from a wallet address that hasn't been verified?

If you receive Crypto from a wallet address that has not yet been verified as yours, the deposit will be temporarily placed on hold. To complete the deposit, you'll need to confirm that the sending wallet belongs to you. Once the wallet is successfully verified, the deposit will be credited to your account. Please note that we only support first-party transfers, so deposits from wallets or exchange accounts owned by someone else are not accepted.
