Can I receive Crypto from someone else's wallet or exchange account?

No. We currently support first-party transfers only, which means you can only receive Crypto from wallets or exchange accounts that belong to you and are registered under the same name as your account. Deposits from third-party wallets or exchange accounts are not supported and cannot be completed.
