Can I withdraw Crypto Assets to a personal wallet or to someone else's account?

No, CAEX does not currently support withdrawals to personal wallets. Withdrawals are only supported to exchange accounts, and only if the receiving account is registered under your own name and verified as belonging to you, and the receiving exchange is a VASP licensed in Vietnam. Withdrawal requests to personal wallets, to accounts belonging to someone else, or to exchanges not licensed in Vietnam will not be processed.
