To register for a CAEX account, please follow these instructions:
For Individual Users:
- Initial Setup: Use your phone number to create an account.
- Identity Verification (KYC): Complete verification using a chip-based Citizen ID or via the VNeID app, then fill in the required information.
- Agreement: Confirm and agree to the Service Agreement.
- Completion: Your account will be successfully activated once the system verifies your data.
For Corporate Users:
- Initial Setup: Use a corporate email address to create an account.
- Document Submission: Fill in the required information and provide legal documents as requested.
- Appraisal: CAEX will conduct a review and verify the corporate documents.
- Handover: Upon approval, official login credentials will be sent to the organization's email address.
