1. Poor image quality: Uploading images that are blurry, dimly lit, affected by glare, partially covered, or cropped at the edges/corners, which prevents full visibility of the document information. Additionally, for Vietnamese Individual Customers, please ensure your chip-based Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) is valid and undamaged.
2. Unsupported document types: Submitting invalid documents, such as non-government-issued IDs or selecting the wrong document category.
3. Liveness check errors: Taking a selfie in a dark room, or wearing sunglasses, face masks, or hats.
4. Using copies instead of original documents: Uploading screenshots, scanned copies, or photos taken off another screen. You must take a direct, live photo of your original physical ID card.
5. Incomplete VNeID authentication (for Vietnamese Individual Customers): Exiting the VNeID app before the authentication process is completely finished, causing your session to expire upon returning to the platform.
